The new K0126 48RE O.D. support housing bearing shim fits all large bearing housings and is a fix for late and hard/harsh or slipping / delayed 3-4 shift issues due to the excessive play from bearing walk & eating into the rear support. This shim takes up the clearance and allows the re-set of the factory spec. The shim also has a lock tab feature to stop it from spinning with the bearing causing even more damage.Quick and simple, and as we say “keep it tight” that is ….your Torque-Flite rebuild.
