This is a rebuild kit for a Ford 1987-00 Ranger, Bronco ll, Explorer & Aerostar Van 2x2 or 4x4 5 speed manual transmission. You can identify this transmission by tags on the side "E87A, E97A, FO7A, F17A" This transmission has an aluminum case and aluminum top cover. Note this transmission is called the M5R1 or M5OD. This kit includes all of the following parts Input Shaft Cluster Gear 38-34-25-17 Front Input Main Bearing, Oil Baffel & Slinger, at Front Input Needle Thrust Bearing, Input Pocket Roller Bearing,Front Countershaft, Bearing Center Mainshaft Bearing, Center Countershaft Bearing, Rear Mainshaft Bearing, Rear Countershaft Bearing, Front Seal, Rear Seal for 2wd & 4x4 Steel Top Cover Rear Plugs, New Top Cover Seal, Transfer Adaper Gasket, Speedo Cable O-Ring, Two Shifter Seat Bushings, All High Quality Synchro Rings

Note: We will need to know the number of teeth on your 5th and reverse slider to be able to send you the correct kit. The slider will have 30 teeth or 36 teeth and the synchro rings we send you will be based on this information. Also make sure your cluster gear has tooth counts of 38-34-25-17.
