Isuzu MSG-5F 5 Spd 4wd Transmission Rebuild Kit 1987-1992 Part# BK220 This transmission has an aluminum case, an aluminum integral transfer case, uses a sealed front countershaft ball bearing, uses a 6308-N input bearing, uses 1st and 2nd gear synchro rings that are single piece design (synchro rings are NOT included) and is rear loaded.
