Ford 3 Speed with Overdrive Manual Transmission Rebuild Kit from 1978-81. This transmission kit is one we sell everyday to Transmission Shops, it fits the Ford 3 Speed with Overdrive Transmissions 1978-81 that can be found in Ford Fairmont & Granada (6 cyl & 8 cyl) and the Ford Mustang (2.3L, & 302ci). You can identify this transmission by the cast iron case, 10 bolt top cover, and it has overdrive. This transmission is known as RUG, SROD, or "Ford Top loader" and can be found in RWD applications. This kit comes with all the bearings, seals, gaskets, high quality synchro rings, tail house bushing, complete key and spring set, countershaft pin and small parts kit (That includes snap rings, thrust washers, needle bearings, etc.)
