This rebuild kit includes all of the High Performance Red Alto Friction Plates, Kolene Steel Plates (with Power packs in the C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5 Drums) Sealing Rings, Metal Clad Seals, Gaskets, Orings, Rubber Piston Seals, Bonded Pistons, Shallow Oil Pan Filter, Spin on Filter, and pump bushing
Note: This kit includes the Shallow Pan filter if you need the Deep Pan filter please see our other listing.
This Transmission Kit is a great way to add performance to your transmission! The Red eagle friction and Kolene Steel plates are the best quality material you can stack your drums with! In addition to the Performance grade friction and steel material you are also getting the PowerPack update in ALL the drums!!! The Power pack has additional clutches to increase friction plate capacity. This allows for an increased torque load with reduced heat generation.
These plates are Red Eagle high performance clutch plates. These clutches are put through a process where the friction paper is saturated in a phenolic resin, cured, and then saturated a second time in a silicate. The silicate imparts high heat resistance. So why not use what the professionals use!
