Hi-Performance Dodge A618 (48RE) 03-On Power Pack Kit with ALTO Red Eagle Friction Clutches and Kolene Steels This Power Pack kit includes all of the High Performance Red Eagle Alto Friction Plates and Kolene Steel Plates for the Rear Drum. This Transmission Kit is a great way to add performance to your transmission! The Red eagle friction and Kolene Steel plates are the best quality material you can stack your drums with! In addition to the Performance grade friction and steel material you are also getting the PowerPack update in the Rear drum. The Power pack has additional clutches to increase friction plate capacity. This allows for an increased torque load with reduced heat generation. These plates are Red Eagle high performance clutch plates. These clutches are put through a process where the friction paper is saturated in a phenolic resin, cured, and then saturated a second time in a silicate. The silicate imparts high heat resistance.
